Return & Refund Policy

At Trivon Creation, every frame is carefully prepared, checked, securely packed, and shipped with fragile packaging protection.

We primarily use premium acrylic glass for frame protection to ensure safer delivery and better durability during shipping.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:

  • A wrong product/design is delivered

  • The customer receives an item different from the original order

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.

Important Notice

  • Acrylic surface scratches or damage caused after delivery/use are not eligible for refund or replacement

  • Minor artwork/color variations may occur due to screen/display differences

In cases where a customer specifically requests standard glass instead of acrylic:

  • Refund/replacement may be considered only if the glass arrives broken during delivery

  • Proper unboxing video proof will be mandatory

Unboxing Video Requirement

A complete unboxing video is mandatory for any claim request.

The video must clearly show:

  • Sealed package before opening

  • Full unboxing process

  • Product condition upon opening

Videos recorded after the package has already been opened will not be accepted as valid proof.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Customized/portrait orders after approval

  • Minor artwork/color differences

  • Damage caused after delivery/use

Refund Processing

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount

  • Refund approval and processing may take 15–18 working days after verification

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before production or shipping begins.
