Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability
Product colors may slightly vary due to screen/display differences
Customized/portrait orders are processed according to the customer-provided image and instructions
Once a custom order is approved and production starts, it cannot be canceled

Custom Portrait Orders

Customized portrait/frame orders are not confirmed without advance payment.

After placing a custom order, our team will contact you for order confirmation and advance payment details before production begins.

Pricing

Prices may change without prior notice
Delivery charges may apply separately depending on location and order type

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or operational factors
We carefully pack all fragile items, however slight handling risks during shipping may exist

Payments

Refunds & Claims

Refunds or replacements are only applicable in verified cases where:

A wrong product is delivered
The received item does not match the confirmed order

A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any claim request.
